Editorial standards

A topic enters the portal when it answers a real question, adds a new fact or completes a useful path. Search demand can reveal reader needs, but it never justifies filler, duplicate pages or misleading headlines.

A news item must identify its date, place or scope, practical effect and next checkpoint. A guide should contain enough to act: conditions, steps, costs, timing, risks and routes to the competent authority when needed.

For a current rule or figure, we prefer legislation, ministries, independent authorities, statistical institutes, institutions and event organisers. Major media and specialist publications help discover, compare and contextualise; they do not replace an available primary source.

Essential references are grouped quietly at the end so the article remains readable. Immediate attribution is retained when removing it could make a sensitive claim misleading.

News articles display their publication date. A material change should produce a new modification date or an explicit correction; a cosmetic edit does not turn an old article into new reporting.

French, English and Turkish editions are adapted for their readers. Names, amounts, dates and conditions are checked separately. Visuals must be original, compatibly licensed, public domain or supplied for permitted use; credits remain available without crowding the story.

A confirmed factual error is corrected promptly. If it changes meaning, practical consequences or reader trust, the correction should be disclosed on the page. An expired date is removed from live presentation or clearly marked as archived.
