Privacy policy

A clear account of the data used to operate, measure and fund the portal.Reviewed 31 August 2026
01

Data processed

FRA9 does not require an account to read the site and does not directly sell products. The hosting provider may still process technical data needed for security and delivery: IP address, time, requested page, browser, device, referrer and error logs.

If you email contact@fra9.com, the address, message and attachments are used to respond and keep the record reasonably needed to handle the request. Do not send passports, medical records, bank details or other sensitive documents unless specifically required.

02

Audience measurement

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page views, devices, approximate countries, traffic sources and aggregated journeys. These measurements help fix slow or missing pages, improve navigation and decide which guides need updating.

Identifiers and retention are governed by the service configuration and applicable consent choices. FRA9 does not use analytics to make an individual decision about a reader.

03

Google advertising

FRA9 uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, measure and protect advertising. Depending on region and choice, ads may be personalised using previous visits or limited to contextual signals.

Where law requires it, a consent message must allow people to accept, reject or manage the purposes offered. Google’s advertising settings provide additional controls over personalisation.

04

Sharing, security and retention

Technical data may be processed by providers needed for hosting, measurement, security and advertising. FRA9 does not sell named reader lists. Information may nevertheless be disclosed when required by law, a valid order or protection of the service.

Retention is limited to operational, security and evidential needs and to provider configurations. No online service is risk-free; we aim to minimise unnecessary access, dependencies and collection.

05

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal data linked to your interaction. Email contact@fra9.com with enough detail to identify it, without attaching identity documents unless later needed.

You can also change browser permissions, delete cookies, use the consent message when shown and manage personalisation in Google’s ad settings. A national data protection authority may be contacted where that right applies.
