Advertising and partnerships
How advertising helps fund FRA9 without deciding what the portal writes.Reviewed 31 August 2026Programmatic advertising
FRA9 may display advertising supplied through Google AdSense. The platform selects and serves it using contextual, technical and, where consented, personalisation signals. Buying an ad does not provide access to the editorial process.
Ad placements should remain identifiable and must not imitate a button, navigation or independent recommendation. We aim to protect the first reading screen, speed and visual stability.
Partnerships and affiliates
If a link later allows FRA9 to earn a commission, that relationship will be disclosed near the relevant module. The disclosure should not artificially increase the reader’s price, and a commercial link never replaces an essential official route.
Content funded by a brand or destination carries a clear label such as “sponsored” or “commercial partnership”. A partner may verify facts about itself but cannot turn promotion into independent reporting.
Rankings and recommendations
Placement in a list, comparison or buying guide is not sold. Relevant criteria—location, full cost, accessibility, service quality, conditions and risks—should be visible in the article. Any commercial relationship is disclosed separately.
Financial, legal, medical, visa and investment products require additional caution. An advertisement is never an endorsement by FRA9; readers should verify authorisation, fees and terms with the authority or provider.
Report a problem
A misleading, offensive or technically intrusive ad can be reported using the ad’s own controls where available, then to contact@fra9.com with the page URL, time and a screenshot. Remove personal information from the image.
Concerns about an undisclosed partnership or conflict of interest are reviewed under the same discipline as factual corrections.
