The 13 October Marathon is now a past date
The Jazz Marathon was listed for 13 October across five rue des Lombards clubs. That date remains as a historical reference, not an outing still to book. Its free-entry arrangements do not make the rest of the festival free: other concerts have their own tickets.
Plan your visit
Choose a club and set time first: some artists play multiple sets. The festival also has a jazz-and-cinema strand. At the 18 October check, the young-audience programme still lists Antonin Leymarie’s Morphing on 21 October, Éveil Musical Flöcön on 22 October and Le voyage de Claude on 23 October at 38Riv. Select the actual session and confirm the age guidance, ticket and space with the club; a programme listing is not a guarantee of availability.
Make room in your itinerary
Make this outing the main appointment of your day. Avoid a train or flight arrival immediately beforehand: travel to the venue, luggage storage and admission all need time.
Plan the full budget
Compare the final ticket price with return transport and, if needed, an overnight stay. The categories, offers and availability shown at purchase take precedence over an old price found online.
Attending together
For a group visit, check that every ticket has the same date and compatible admission arrangements. Agree on a meeting point outside the queue, and make sure everyone can present their admission ticket.
